Περιγραφή προϊόντος

Ruiming SJZS series Micro compounder is a Laboratory scale mini conical Twin Screw Extruder which can be used to mix or compound very small amount of polymeric materials for plastics and Polymer new materials R&D, and is especially ideal for compounding expensive materials and for performing reactive extrusions. The easy accessibility of the horizontally split, hinged-barrel design lets you observe the material during the extrusion procedure. With an integrated backflow channel and a bypass valve design, the residence time is well defined. Using the optional force feeder with the Micro Compounder, continuous extrusion with very small volume flows is possible.

  • Unique back flow channel design in the barrel allows easy and accurate control of the residence time and the plasticizing process of testing materials.

  • Automatic bypass operation for circulation and direct extrusion.
  • Optional specially designed force feeder can efficiently feed powder and nano materials.
  • Multiple feeding ports, different types of force feeder and the linkage between main motor and feeding motors can efficiently feed different types of materials and help to achieve maximum material mixing and dispersion.
  • High screw torque makes it easy to process high viscosity materials such as rubbers and elastomers.
  • Inert gas flush system.
  • Optional vacuum dehumidification system.
  • Electric or PLC Touch Screen Control.
  • Our Micro Lab Compounder can be conveniently used in combination with our micro injection molding machine to produce tensile bars or specimens for laboratory material testing.
  • Our Micro Lab Compounder Extruder can be used in combination with our other lab instruments to produce various testing products such as filaments, fiber, pipes, sheet, film, pellets, nonwoven fabric, bottles, profiles, etc. for laboratory material testing.
